Young Polish scientists on their journey to success

The Talent Open Program, led by the High Tech Foundation in partnership with Aramco, is set to pave the way for young inventors and scientists, providing a platform for them to showcase their innovative projects. By uniting a community of talented individuals, the program aims to foster collaboration and innovation in the world of young, budding, scientists.

Talent Open is a dedicated program, propelling STEM projects by young creatives into business or social ventures. Set to launch on December 19th, the initiative empowers innovators under 25 to submit their best ideas. With gamification at its core, this platform not only fuels creativity but also brings scientific ideas to life.

The setup of the Talent Open program draws inspiration from Grand Slam tennis tournaments, offering accessibility, affordability, and engagement for all participants across various industries and backgrounds. Teams will be able to access diverse courses for development and receive valuable feedback from both competitors and industry experts. The accelerator also ensures a level playing field and incorporates tennis-insporedinspired gamification mechanisms, creating a stimulating experience for participants on their journey to success.

“Our aim was to create the best platform for young innovators and their projects. With Aramco's support, we have achieved this. Together, we want to turn STEM ideas into business realities. We believe that the innovative combination of competition and collaboration in an online environment will provide an opportunity for young scientists to grow,” says Władysław P. Halbersztadt, President and Founder of the Advanced Technology Foundation.

As part of Aramco's commitment to citizenship, the partnership with the High Tech Foundation provides a unique opportunity for young scientists to connect to the business world and gain new skills in the field of STEM.

“Talent Open is the result of a partnership with the High Tech Foundation that we established earlier this year. By combining our years of experience, we have created a platform where talented young people can bring their innovative projects to life. This is another way in which we are supporting STEM education. We are very excited to see the projects of young innovators whose potential is impressive,” says Mansour AlTurki, President & CEO, Aramco Europe.
